Anthony O. Calabrese Becomes Assistant Attorney General

Anthony O. Calabrese Jr., è stato nominato Assistant Attorney General dell’Ohio presso l’ufficio di Michael DeWine. Come funzionario del potere esecutivo, svolgerà l’incarico di consulente legale del governo dello Stato. Nel corso della sua illustre carriera, Calabrese è stato Giudice del Tribunale per le Cause Civili, della Corte di Cassazione e del Tribunale per Successioni, Atti Testamentari e Curatele.    

“A Man for all Seasons,” Anthony O. Calabrese Jr. who has served in all branches of government, has taken on a new assignment. He has been named an Assistant Attorney General in the Office of Ohio Attorney General Michael DeWine.
“I want to continue serving the citizens of Cuyahoga County and the State of Ohio effectively,” said Calabrese who has served as Common Pleas and Appellate Judges and Probate Court Magistrate. As an Appellate Judge, Calabrese wrote over 500 opinions in diverse areas of the law. 

“I am very proud of the fact that my father, Senator Anthony O. Calabrese, and I served together in the Ohio Legislature from 1961-68.” Senator Calabrese played a major role in establishing Columbus Day as a national holiday.
