Spaghetti with Ricotta

1 lb. spaghetti
1/4 lb. melted butter
1- 15oz. container of Miceli's Traditional Ricotta Cheese
1/4 cup Miceli's Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook spaghetti as directed on package. Drain, turn into warm serving dish or bowl. Stir in melted butter, then add Miceli's Ricotta and toss gently to blend. Sprinkle with grated cheese, salt and pepper. Garnish with a little chopped parsley.
Serve hot.
