Marbled Italian Cheesecake Brownies Marbled Italian Cheesecake Brownies

1 ½ cup Miceli's Traditional Ricotta
6 oz. Miceli's Mascarpone cheese, room temperature
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 package brownie mix

Preheat the oven to 350° F. In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, mascarpone cheese, sugar, vanilla, eggs and flour. Set aside. Prepare brownie mix as directed.

Line a 13x9-inch baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Pour in the brownie batter.

Dot the cream cheese batter over it and with the tip of a knife swirl the batters around.

Cook for 25-35 minutes. Let cool, frost (optional), cut and enjoy!
