Cheesy Tomato Garlic Bread

1 long loaf of Italian bread
2 cloves of garlic, peeled
1 cup Roma tomatoes chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup grated Miceli's Parmesan
1/4 cup grated Miceli's Asiago
1/2 cup shredded Miceli's Mozzarella

Preheat broiler. Slice loaf of Italian bread lengthwise and separate. In a mini-chop food processor combine garlic and basil and process for 10 seconds until coarsely chopped. Add butter and process until smooth and well combined. Spread butter mixture over halves of bread, place on a baking sheet and sprinkle tomatoes and cheese mixture over bread. Broil in oven for 1-2 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Cut into 1 inch slices and serve warm.
