Fiat employees announced a strike over the acquisition of soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo by Juventus

Fiat employees in the southern town of Melfi announced a strike in mid-July over the acquisition of soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo by Turin team Juventus. Both Juventus and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, which has a large plant in Melfi, are part controlled by holding company Exor.
