Making Dreams Come True

When people think of Italy they think of Rome with its Caesars, Venice with its gondolas, Florence with its arts, Milan with its fashion, Pisa and its Leaning Tower, Cinque Terre, Capri, Amalfi, Pompeii. They think of Christianity with its saints, Renaissance with Michelangelo and Leonardo, music with Verdi and Rossini. They think of sunny skies, majestic Alps, pristine beaches, delicious food and wine.

And when the Italian Americans think of Italy, what do they think about? Most of all, they think of the little town their folks left many years ago. They left parents, loves and friends and ventured to the unknown, to America. They were young and simple people, but they were determined to build a better future. They were true heroes!

Today, their descendants dream of making a pilgrimage to the place of their heroes, but only a few of them know exactly where their folks came from in Italy. Only a few know whether they still have living relatives there. I can help you make your dream come true, free of charge.

With my extensive personal experience and detailed maps, I can locate the town of your family roots – no matter how small, as long as I know the town’s name. Most of your ancestors came from small towns and not from large cities.

I have telephone books for almost all of Italy. Therefore, once we know the name of your town, I can tell you whether you have living relatives.

For many years I have been conducting tours that make people see not only the best of Italy, but also the town of their family roots. If you wish to make your dream come true, please visit my website at www.italianheritagetours.com.

Recently, I published two books that describe what those tours are all about: "The Italian Heritage Tours" and "Vacation under the Sicilian Sun." Reading them, you will feel like being on the tour. They are available at Amazon.

I came from Abruzzo many years ago, I have been a professor of foreign languages, and I have conducted tours for decades.
