Krispy Kreme Bread Pudding topped with Butter Rum Sauce and Whipped Mascarpone

24 Krispy Kreme donuts
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
2 (4.5 ounce) cans fruit cocktail (not drained)
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup raisins
1/8 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350°F

Cube donuts into a large bowl. Pour other ingredients on top of donuts and let soak for a few minutes. Mix all ingredients together until donuts have soaked up the liquid as much as possible.

Bake for about 1 hour until center has jelled. Pour butter rum sauce over baking pan and add dollops of mascarpone whipped topping

Butter Rum Sauce >

1 stick butter
1 pound confectioners' sugar
rum, to taste

Melt butter and slowly stir in confectioners' sugar. Add rum and heat until bubbly. Pour over Krispy Kreme bread pudding.

Whipped mascarpone >

1 cup Miceli's Mascarpone Cheese
4 Tablespoons confectioners' sugar

In a medium mixing bowl whip ingredients with a hand mixer until light and fluffy. Drop dollops onto bread pudding. (add dollop on top of each serving)
