Italian fugitive Cesare Battisti remains free in Brazil

An Italian fugitive who escaped from prison near Rome in 1979 after being convicted of being a member of a gang remains free in Brazil. Cesare Battisti, now 62, spent more than three decades on the run in Mexico and France. Battisti was also convicted for his part in four murders
