Italian American Women’s Network to Share Stories and Family Recipes at Alta House

The 6th annual IAWN Show and Share Potluck is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 28 starting at 6 p.m. at the Alta House in Little Italy, 12510 Mayfield Rd. This free event is open to anyone who wishes to share and listen to stories about their Italian family history.
Bring a dish and a story to share! In the past, attendees have brought an object, photograph or even a family member to tell stories about their family history. No worries if you only have a story, but not an object. If you don’t have either, you’re still welcome to come, listen and socialize…and get ideas for stories next year.

Being a potluck event, attendees are also welcome to bring a dish or beverage to share, perhaps made from a traditional family recipe. We will also take a tour of the newly renovated Alta House which now serves as the home for the Cleveland Montessori School and hear the exciting future plans for the space.

RSVP’s are not necessary but encouraged. So, if you would like to come to the IAWN Show and Share Potluck, please email This email address is being protected from spambots.
