Cheese crusted catfish

Cooking spray
1/4 cup butter
3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
3 teaspoons lemon juice
2 & 1/2 pounds catfish
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup Miceli's Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
Finely chopped chives (optional)

Spray a 15x10 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Melt butter. Stir in garlic and lemon. Place fillets in a single layer in baking pan. Brush with butter mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs. Drizzle with remaining butter. Bake at 450 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with chives.
