At press time, April 2025 marks the debut of the La Dolce Vita Orient Express trains, offering luxurious journeys across Italy. Departing primarily from Rome's Ostiense railway station, the fleet of six trains will feature itineraries connecting cities such as Venice, Portofino, Siena, Matera, and Palermo. Each train comprises 12 carriages, embodying the Italian lifestyle of the 1960s. The project, developed by the Arsenale company in collaboration with Accor Group and Italian state railways, represents a €240 million investment. Bookings have shown strong international interest, particularly from the U.S. and Australia, with prices starting from €3,500 per night per person.
