Fall Italian Language Classes at WRHS Cleveland History Center

You can learn Italian this Fall at the WRHS Cleveland History Center in classes taught by Serena Scaiola. Serena is a native speaker of Italian with many years of teaching experience at all levels. She will teach two classes, Beginner Italian I and II.

Both are 8-week courses and are designed for individuals with little to no previous knowledge of Italian. The student will learn basic skills in reading, listening and speaking, and focus on developing comprehension and communication skills. Each lesson includes real situation exercises, grammar drills, deepening of concepts through cultural readings, conversations, role playing games, listening, and reading exercises.

No matter the motivation – personal interest, upcoming travels or researching your genealogy - learning Italian will make any experience much more fun and engaging!

Classes are offered on Saturdays, Sept. 23 - Nov. 11, 2017, Beginner I at 10 - 11:30 a.m. and Beginner II at Noon - 1:30 p.m.
Cost is $120 for general public and $100 for WRHS members.
