As springtime approaches, this simple yet delicious dish of Lemon Gnocchi with Peas and Spinach is the perfect meal!

Ingredients:

3 oz. Vodka
1 3/4 oz. Triple sec
1 3/4 oz. Lemon juice
3 Mint sprigs
Prosecco

Directions:

Add vodka, triple sec, lemon juice, and mint sprigs into a mixing glass. Muddle. Add ice to the mixing glass. Stir. Strain into two serving glasses. Top with Prosecco
