Attendees of this class will explore various aspects of the language, culture, food, and wines of the Abruzzo region of Italy with Dr. Paola Basile, a native of Italy and Professor of Italian Studies at Lake Erie College in Painesville, OH.

The first part of the class will be a presentation on and discussion about the region's culture and language. During the second part of class, attendees will have the opportunity to taste regional wines and sample regional cuisine.
