Explore Italy's regional cuisine, culture, and language with Dr. Paola Basile, Professor of Italian Studies, Lake Erie College

During the 6-class seminar, attendees will explore various facets of six different Italian regions, including the language, culture, food, and wines, with Dr. Paola Basile, a native of Italy and Professor of Italian Studies at Lake Erie College in Painesville, Ohio. 

Each class will feature a different Italian region. The first part of the class will be a presentation on and discussion about the region's culture and language. During the second part of class, attendees will have the opportunity to taste regional wines and sample regional cuisine as prepared by Little Italy chefs.

Class time is 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. You may register for all 6 classes or select individual classes you would like to attend. Class size is limited, so register early.

March 18 -  Sicilia

April 1  - Molise

April 15 - Toscana

April 29 - Lazio

May 13 - Trentino-Alto Adige

May 27 - TBA

The cost is $30 per class or register for all six at the discounted rate of $150. All classes take place at the Italian American Museum of Cleveland (IAMCLE) located in the heart of Cleveland's Little Italy (between Presti's and Maxi's.)
