1/2 cup Mascarpone
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. fresh squeezed orange juice
1 tsp. fresh zest of orange

Cinnamon salted almond ice cream

Vanilla bean ice cream

Mascerated Raspberries

1/8 cup sugar
8 oz. raspberries
2 tbsp. lemon juice on the Mascerated Raspberries

Method: Mascerate the berries, prepare the French Toast and compose the tower like dessert.
