The Cleveland Italian American Heritage Committee in partnership with the City of Cleveland Mayor’s Office and Cleveland City Council will host a ceremony in the Cleveland City Hall Rotunda on Monday, Oct. 7, 2019 at 6 p.m. to celebrate Italian Heritage Month. 

The ceremony includes honoring outstanding individuals and organizations within the Italian American community.  The committee is proud to announce the following honorees for 2019. 

The Catena Family/Mama Catena Vino e Cucina - Business

Ben DeRubertis – Arts

Anthony Ianiro – Individual

Mayor Frank Jackson – Public Servant

Carmen Messina – City Employee

Dr. Serena Scaiola – Culture

Rocco Scotti (posthumously) – Lifetime Achievement

The event is free and open to the public.  A buffet dinner will be served following the ceremony.
