Chef Carmelo is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of Reggio Calabria. Before returning to their native country, Carmelo and his wife, Luana, resided in the United States for 17 years and were the owners of three prestigious Italian restaurants. Carmelo was also the host of a popular cooking show on WKYC Channel 3's Morning Show with local celebrity, Fred Griffin, for four years.

Villa Trasimeno is an upscale bed and breakfast. Carmen and Luana believe that their "extra touches" will make of this an elegant and unforgettable stay. The B&B offers five deluxe rooms and one mini apartment with a décor inspired by the eternal and glorious past of kings and queens. È qui che, sulle sponde nord orientali del Lago Trasimeno, si trova la loro Villa Trasimeno.

Chef Carmelo è un laureato dell'Istituto Culinario di Reggio Calabria. Prima di ritornare al loro paese natale, Carmelo e sua moglie, Luana, hanno risieduto negli USA per diciassette anni e sono stati proprietari di tre prestigiosi ristoranti italiani. Carmelo è stato anche il conduttore di un famoso programma di cucina al Morning Show su WKYC - Canale 3 con la celebrità locale Fred Griffin per quattro anni.
