Coppa Al Frutti di Bosco

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. blueberries
  • 4 oz. blackberries
  • 4 oz. raspberries
  • 4 oz. strawberries
  • 1 quart of whipped cream
  • 4 tbsp. of powdered sugar
  • crème inglese (optional)
  • juice of one lemon
  • juice of one orange
  • 1 split of Chandon champagne

Method

In a mixing bowl, put raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries, sugar, lemon juice, orange juice and champagne. Let them rest for 20 minutes. In a martini glass pour the whip cream and top the entire thing with the berries. Serve with a chilled glass of Vin Santo.
