Chocolate Ricotta Dessert for Two
1/2 cup Miceli’s Traditional Ricotta cheese
2 Tablespoon light agave nectar
2 Tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Put all the ingredients in a small 3-cup food processor starting with the ricotta.
Press the process button. Mix all ingredients until blended to your liking.
